Documentation Center

Ongoing work has been done in the Documentation Center, which contains a clients' database with case studies, a library (supplemented with literature, periodic editions, materials of monitoring of mass media) and a video-archive.

All our clients are listed in a database, of which we have a paper and an electronic version. We have a special documentation and registration system, which enables us to collect and file all the important data of our clients, so that we can better meet their needs. We also have special questionnaires for first assessment and rehabilitation assessment of torture survivors with medical, psychological, social and legal aspects.

A system of referral in- and referrals out has been set up. Referrals out are done to different specialists. Sources of referrals are non-governmental organizations working in the field of human rights.

We have a data base of state authorities, libraries, universities as well as NGOs in Ukraine and the NIS region for distribution of special literature (journal). For human resources there are special job descriptions, contracts, personnel files and other relevant documentation.
