Journal Socio-psychological and Medical Aspects of Cruelty
The issues of the journal have been distributed amongst politicians, the police, penitentiary staff, lawyers, physicians, sociologists, psychologists, pedagogues, the mass media, NGO's and the public. The journal has been sent to main oblast (Region) libraries, main Universities in the different part of Ukraine, to different state authorities, ministries, educational structures of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the different part of Ukraine, representative offices in Ukraine of the international organizations, legal advice offices, local Public Health Authorities and to NGOs and libraries in the NIS region (Russia, Belorussia, Moldova, Estonia, Lithuania, Latvia, Georgia, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Kirgizstan, Uzbekistan).
