Director's Message

Clients of our Rehabilitation Centre will hardly visit this website. Victims of torture and cruelty usually do not use computers. They have other problems. The main problem is to survive in this unsafe and violent world.

We hope our website could be useful for professionals and analysts engaged in this special sphere. Our audience is psychologists, lawyers, doctors, social experts, specialists assisting refugees, as well as militia and penitentiary analysts.
